How Important is Training?

How important is our training? This finish at Duluth after 26.2 miles literally came down to inches, with Team Rainbo’s Mary Grace summoning every last reserve to win the Advanced Division. Her sister Sadie was close behind resulting in the two Rainbo skaters Gracing the podium!
