I live in Hoffman Estates, IL with my wife Gail and two sons, Brandon 25, and Garrett 21. My company JMTS has been a Team Rainbo Sponsor for over 10 years. I train 6 days per week. Orbit, Pettit National Ice Center, and the health club during the off season. I skate on custom Marchese Boots and Subzero 90/80 5 wheel frame (yes old technology).

My goal is to skate as a life long endeavor, and to get on the podium whenever I race. I’ve completed all 12 North Shore Marathons, 2 Disney, 1 Squiggy, 2 St. Paul just to name a few, and have raced a lot of Downers Grove National Criteriums. I have achieved a number of top 5 finishes at North Shore Marathon as well as taking 1st 50-54 in 2004, 2nd 45-49 in 1999, 3rd 50-54 in 2005.

My most memorable years were in the late 90’s when we still had Super Week. We would race every day for a week all over Wisconsin. Outdoor road racing was at it peak and all the big teams would show. Great racing. Great times. I am grateful to have found Cale and Team Rainbo and to have been part of this organization all these years. Skating for me is a lifelong passion.
